The “triquetra” or Trinity Knot is the most popular and well known of all Celtic knots. It is found on Celtic crosses and decorates our illuminated manuscripts like the Book of Kells.
For the Celts it was a symbol of all things threefold: beginning, middle, end; earth, sea, sky; mind, body spirit but it was adopted by Christian religions to signify “The Trinity”, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
The Trinity Knot is simple, geometric and never-ending and this contemporary ring consists of a sterling silver curved band with two rows of roped detail set around its centre.
The top of the ring is set with a Trinity Knot in10K yellow gold plate and set with cubic zirconia stones.
