See our craft in the making

Here, in the foothills of the Dublin Mountains, our skilled craftsmen and stone setters create pieces that are treasured by families and friends all over the world. It’s magical to behold their expert hands at work and we wanted to share a little bit of that magic with you through pictures. This is heritage at work, handmade and heartfelt.

Of course what’s even better than seeing the magic through pictures, is seeing the magic in person! If you’re visiting Ireland yourself or if you’re a Tour Guide looking for ideas, why not come and visit us and experience a little Boru ^® brilliance?

We’d be delighted to welcome you into the heart of our workshop and show you our craftsmanship at work. Your tour will begin with Paul, our Creative Designer, who’ll talk you through the different ways of designing a piece. You’ll then get to explore our workshop where our Production Manager, Mamer, will show you pieces actually being crafted. You’ll be amazed at how much is involved and how many different finishes there are! From polishing to stone setting, it’s a truly fascinating process.

We’ll then host a Q&A session with an Irish twist, answering any questions you may have while you relax over tea/coffee and delicious homemade Irish scones with butter or fresh cream and jam.
