The Triscele comprises of a set of three interlaced Celtic spirals and is the most ancient of Celtic symbols. They can clearly be seen at the ancient burial site at Newgrange which dates back to 3,200 BC. Much is said to be represented by the Triscele: earth, land and sky; mind, body and spirit; and from Christian times: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. It is also thought the symbol represents the cycle of life as the journey of the sun takes three months. The number three is also considered to be lucky in numerology.
This Triscele weave ring by Boru brings together this ancient symbol with contemporary design which makes it a perfect choice for all ages.
