Shipping Information
International shipments are made via Federal Express unless specifically requested otherwise. Shipments made within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are made via An Post Registered Mail.
Items in stock will be shipped immediately. Items not in stock generally take approx 10 working days to be manufactured. All our Platinum items take approx 4 weeks to be manufactured.

Please note: All deliveries must be made to a verifiable street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Duties & Taxes
All prices quoted for products on our site are free of Irish taxes. Value Added Tax (VAT 21%) will be added to any order delivered within the European Union where applicable. Boru Jewelry will pay all Duties/Taxes for goods shipped to the USA and Canada. If duties apply, our delivery agent will contact you with information on how to make the payment. If the customer refuses to pay the duties or taxes the amount will then be applied to our Federal Express account and we will recover the amount through the customer’s credit card. Please make sure you adhere to any local regulations regarding the importation of any product sold on borujewelry.com.
Returns / Cancellation
The Customer has the right to cancel an order or return the goods within 7 days of their contract with Boru Jewelry, or 7 days of receipt of the goods provided that the merchandise is still in its original condition (whichever is the longer). Exceptions would be personalized product (i.e. engraving, heraldic items) or products showing wear and tear, damage or resizing. If you decide to cancel an order or return a product, please email Boru Jewelry at info@borujewelry.com, detailing your reason for the cancellation or return. You must also supply your Order ID so that we can cancel the order and refund the transaction. We will then contact you via email in order to give you a return number and instructions. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods and the original cost of delivery is non-refundable. Orders not cancelled or goods not returned within 7 days of receipt are excluded and no liability shall be accepted under any circumstances in respect of such claims / cancellations.
